Designed a web service that let patients connect with medical professionals for consultations and follow-ups from home, built around a reusable design system and clear information architecture.

Design approach

User research with patients and medical professionals shaped the information architecture and user flows. Built a design system for consistency, then designed a video consultation experience with screen and document sharing.
